The Naturex Foundation is managed by an executive board of 6 members and gathers personalities within and outside the company. Presided by Jacques Dikansky, the executive board runs 3 meetings per year. The action program has a length of 5 years and can be reconducted. The executive board has the power to take all decisions in favor of the foundation and defines its main orientations and policy.

A Consultative Committee composed of qualified personalities: Chris Kilham and Laurent Mallet, who are involved in the fields of intervention of the Naturex Foundation. They deliver their opinion on the main trends of the foundation programs and actions and take part in the selection of specific projects and their evaluation.
